If you use the website on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization in connection with your use of the website.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to the Raymond Tec public website, including its pages, articles, News & Insights content, forms, downloads, and other materials made available through RaymondTec.com.
Paid services are governed by the estimate, proposal, statement of work, service agreement, invoice terms, or other agreement applicable to that project. If those project-specific terms conflict with these website Terms of Use, the project-specific agreement controls for that work.
No client or professional relationship from website use alone
Reading this website, sending a contact message, or requesting an estimate does not by itself create a client relationship, professional-services relationship, fiduciary relationship, partnership, or other special relationship with Raymond Tec.
A client engagement begins only when the parties actually agree to the applicable scope and terms of the work.

Articles, tutorials, commentary, technical notes, News & Insights posts, examples, recommendations, and other informational material on this website are provided for general information. Scope, price, timing, assumptions, exclusions, expiration dates, payment terms, and change procedures are governed by the estimate, proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other project-specific terms that accompany the work.
If circumstances, requirements, access, third-party systems, or requested work materially change, the scope, schedule, or price may also need to change. Any such change should be handled through the applicable project agreement rather than these website terms.
Information and materials you submit
You remain responsible for information, files, screenshots, text, data, and other material you submit through the website. You represent that you have the right to provide that material and that doing so does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights or disclose information you are not authorized to share.
You authorize Raymond Tec to receive, review, copy, store, and use submitted material as reasonably necessary to respond to you, evaluate or scope requested work, provide services you later authorize, maintain appropriate business records, protect the website and business, and comply with legal obligations. Longtail Forge public demo
The public Longtail Forge demo is provided for evaluation and testing. It is a temporary sandbox, not a production workspace or storage service. Data in the demo may be reset, changed, or deleted without notice, and features or behavior may change as the product develops.
Do not place confidential, regulated, personal, proprietary, or otherwise sensitive information in the public demo. Do not attempt to defeat its restrictions, interfere with other visitors, gain unauthorized access, or use it for production work.
Future hosted, self-hosted, licensed, or production use of Longtail Forge may be governed by separate product terms, license terms, privacy notices, support terms, or service agreements. Those product-specific terms will control where they apply.
Third-party services, links, and platforms
RaymondTec.com may link to, embed, discuss, recommend, or depend on third-party websites, software, platforms, plugins, vendors, products, or services. Raymond Tec does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy practices, pricing, licensing, policies, or changes.
A link or mention does not necessarily mean Raymond Tec endorses every feature, policy, statement, or business practice of the third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those providers.
Website availability and changes

Governing law and venue

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, a legal proceeding arising specifically from these website Terms of Use must be brought in a state court located in Berks County, Pennsylvania, or a federal court having jurisdiction over Berks County, Pennsylvania. Project-specific agreements may establish different governing-law or dispute-resolution terms for client work.

Raymond Tec may update these Terms of Use as the website, services, products, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when the terms change. Changes apply prospectively from the date they are posted unless a different effective date is stated.
